Safety & Materials ✅
All inflatables are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not optional — it’s a REQUIREMENT. The safety of your children is our #1 priority. 🛡️
What Surfaces Can Inflatables Be Set Up On? 🌍
- Grass
- Concrete
- Asphalt
- Cement
- Indoors
Tell us the exact surface type when booking. • Grass/soft surfaces → secured with steel stakes. • Concrete/hard surfaces/indoors → secured with sandbags. We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler or utility lines. Please mark all underground systems before setup. ⚠️
Does It Have to Be Set Up on Grass?
- No — grass is not required.
- Grass setups use steel stakes; hard surfaces use sandbags.
- We require a 38-inch wide clear path (including gates).
- We cannot take inflatables up or down stairs.
Power Requirements ⚡
- Power must be within 50 feet of the setup location.
- One standard outlet works for most bounce houses.
- If power is farther than 50 feet, a generator may be required.
Insufficient power is a major safety issue and can cause the inflatable to not stay fully inflated.
First Time Renting? Important Tips! 🎈
- Slides:
- Only 1 person per lane at a time.
- Never allow two people in the same lane.
- Too much weight can cause deflation and hazards.
- Bounce Houses:
- Maximum 6 participants at one time (standard size).
- Overloading may cause the unit to become soft.
- Water Units:
- You must provide a water hose from your spigot to the setup area.
- Absolutely NO:
- Food, drinks, candy, gum
- Silly string, face paint, shoes
- Soap, baby oil or substances to make slides “faster” (intentional damage → repair fees)
- Always contact us if you have questions. We are happy to help. 😊
